3D printing is a fast, low-cost method of achieving rapid iteration speed for prototyping and proof-of-concept. We use 3D printed parts to check product ergonomics and appearance, functionality, fit with mating parts. Lower project costs, accelerate schedule, and improve quality by finding design improvements early.

Partner with Focus to develop a design from concept, to 3D model, to 3D-printed prototype, to machined, forged, cast or injection molded production parts.

Send us a (printable) 3D model for fast turnaround time on 3D printed parts.

Ideal for removing sharp edges and smoothing out or hiding small imperfections.

A few of our wide selection of tumbling finishes and media are:

  • Fine tumbled finish – spherical and cylindrical ceramic media in various sizes produce a matte, uniform appearance
  • Rough tumbled finish for deburring – conical and sharktooth synthetic media round part edges to a greater extent, and produce more of a galvanized metal or flaked appearance
